Our law firm has been founded by Kamila Tarnacka, PhD, a legal counsel with long experience in providing legal services to Polish and foreign clients, among others, in her role of a partner and head of the Energy Practice at the international law firm Baker&McKenzie.

Kamila Tarnacka, PhD
She is a legal counsel with many years of experience in providing legal services to Polish and foreign clients operating in different sectors of the economy, with particular focus on the energy sector. She has provided comprehensive services to projects of construction and modernisation of energy generation sources, including CHPs and wind energy installations, as well as the project of construction of the first Polish nuclear power plant, prospecting and extraction projects, companies’ operations in sales, purchasing and trading in electricity, heat and natural gas; she has advised companies on regulatory issues, transactions and disputes, she has also handled privatisation processes in the energy sector. Kamila Tarnacka has experience in working on some novel public-private partnership projects in Poland, including “waste to energy” ventures. She has also provided advice on solving legal problems and developing industry positions in selected areas.
Experience and awards
In 2011-2014, as a partner at the Baker&McKenzie Law Firm she managed the Firm’s Energy Practice. Earlier she had gained professional experience in firms such as the international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna. She is an expert in energy issues recommended by prestigious legal ranking guides, such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500; in 2014 she received the IFLR Euromoney Women in Business Law award.
Małgorzata Kliczkowska
She is a legal counsel specializing in permitting and environmental issues. public procurement law, legal support to investment process, including projects implemented on the basis of FIDIC contracts, in business insurance, civil and business law, financial product claims. She is a mediator at the Mediation Centre of the Wrocław Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels entered onto the list maintained by the President of the Regional Court in Wrocław.

Dariusz Mańka
Dariusz Mańka is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, specializing in legal suport of the energy industry, with particular focus on renewable energy and gas, international environmental law, legal support of investment process and public procurement law.
Experience
He gained professional experience in international law firms, State-owned energy companies and industry organizations of the RES sector.
Edyta Błaszczyk
She is a legal counsel specializing in public procurement law, legal support to investment process, including projects implemented on the basis of FIDIC contracts, in business insurance, civil and business law, financial product claims. She is a mediator at the Mediation Centre of the Wrocław Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels entered onto the list maintained by the President of the Regional Court in Wrocław.
Experience
She gained professional experience during her work at EUROPA S.A. Insurance Company and EUROPA S.A. Life Insurance Company, her cooperation with the law firm CWW, and also in providing legal assistance to many entities from public and private sector, including Municipality of Wrocław, Wrocławskie Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., Wrocław Airport S.A., PM Group Polska Sp. z o.o.
